Yesterday and today were definitely insane!
Day #2 was the Plyometric Cardio Circuit and this is definitely the toughest one for me. I have actually tried the insanity workout in bits and pieces and I knew what was coming with this video. I am excited to stay consistent this time and actually see myself be able to stick with this particular video to the end. Those down and ups with push ups and sprints in between are killer! I love where the stretching comes into the workout. It’s nice to stretch when I feel so warmed up and it also gives me a slight break to gear up for the next part. The stretch that is a challenge for me is the deep lunge. I know it is a flexibility thing but it also seems to bother my knees a little bit to go that deep so I just do a regular lunge
Day #3 which was today was the Cardio Power and Resistance
I really felt myself kick into gear today. It felt good to start my day with a strong workout. This was not an easy one by any means but I felt that I was able to keep up with it better than yesterday. I am definitely going to need to improve with those moving push-ups but I have a feeling after 60 days it will be a lot better.
