Well I am sitting here in Starbucks writing this post because the Power at our office is out. (pretty windy here right now)
But that won’t stop me from telling you about todays workout… Cardio Power and Resistance.
You know… Now that I am in week 4 I was hoping to be able to complete all the workouts all the way through without stopping. That is really hard to do! LOL
Shaun T developed his Insanity Workouts at a pace that it will push you the whole month through. Whether you are on day 1 or day 23, these are still difficult workouts.
I really like this Insanity exercise. There is more focus on the upper body in this workout then the other DVDs. I like that because I want to build that muscle strength in my upper body.
On a different note: I have had a number of you ask to have my wife share about her Insanity Workout Experience. I’ll get her to post soon.
I also had a great comment about showing my weaknesses in my posts. I wanted to touch on that real quick…
I write about my mistakes and weakness because that is apart of life and especially apart of the Insanity Workout. This is not easy stuff. If it were easy to get ripped, everyone would be ripped. I want to show you that it is okay to do the Insanity Workout and not do everything perfect. Here is how I feel…
80% of the Insanity Workout is better then 100% of Nothing!
See you tomorrow!
Oh By The Way… I had Pizza last night!
