You know its a real bummer when you wake up and think, I hope today’s exercise isn’t Pure Cardio, then you check the calendar and sure enough…
PURE CARDIO
Although I felt way better then yesterday, the second time through this workout was just as difficult as the first.
Pure Cardio is 15 minutes of STRAIGHT workouts… and difficult workouts at that. No breaks, unless you take one by yourself. Shaun T’s back up exercise people drop like flys in this workout. One by one he’s like, “Take a break.” “Your form is compromised, go get some water.” “You need a break, go.”
So I do not feel too bad that I snuck a few breaks in there myself.
I really pushed myself yesterday with the V-Push-Ups, the push ups that work your shoulders, and I can really feel my shoulders burning today. Its very nice.
So far the workout seems to favor the lower body, but that is about to change, I can tell by looking ahead at what is to come.
NUTRITION: Done good yesterday, except that my wife and I were invited over to a friends last night and only, and I mean ONLY, so I wouldn’t be rude I accepted the brownie and glass of milk…
Oh Yeah… I told you I went fishing yesterday… Check this out. (That is about a 25 or 30 pound king salmon I caught in the river near where I work!… I let it go.)
