- Another Monday
- Another round of Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs
- Another weekend food battle.
OH the Insanity WORKOUT!!!!
I don’t even know what to write, except that this whole workout program is requiring me to make decisions I never have to make like…
- Should I eat this glorious looking home made chocolate chip cookie? – - – - – (My Insanity Score – Fail, I ate it)
- Should I skip this Saturdays workout, because no one will know? – - – - – - - (My Insanity Score – Pass, I did the workout)
- Should I grab Taco Bell or make a whole wheat avocado sandwich? – - – - – (My Insanity Score – Pass/Fail, I ate the avocado sandwich… then I was still hungry so I got a taco.
)
- Should I actually get up early and do the workout this Monday morning? – - – (My Insanity Score – Pass/Fail, I slept in a little, but still did the workout.)
Usually I just eat the cookie, never workout on Saturdays, always eat Taco Bell and since I love sleeping I never get up early unless I have to.
But you know sometimes stretching yourself and making yourself do things you do not normally do feels good. I know the fitness payoff has been awesome and when I have the muscle build I want it’ll be even better.
So I’ll continue to do all things different in my life, because I know its ultimately worth it.
Even though this morning I did NOT want to workout, I felt great afterward.
So if you feel like quitting… DON’T. I won’t if you don’t!
I’ll see you tomorrow after another Insanity Exercise Video!
Great blog! I am going INSANE today (starting the 60 days today)… btw – i live in Seattle too! I was just curious if you have noticed any real change in your body at day 22? Also, I was wondering about your wife… since I am a woman i am curious to know what she has noticed at this point. More definition in muscles? Lost any weight? Eating good will be difficult for me too. Anyways, keep up the great blog.. its pretty entertaining and inspiring.
I think it’s awesome that your documenting your progress it makes me believe it’s not another info-mercial scam.I have hope that if i purchase this product it will help me to i like knowing that it’s hard that too say’s it works. It’s not like super easy take this pill eat what ever you want and loose tons of weight. So thanks for being so strong and being honest when you slip up thats totally going to happen no matter how motivated to getting in shape you are.
Ann,
Thanks for the complement. This is pretty fun for me to do. I’ve never blogged like this before.
That is great that you are starting the insanity workout. It is really effective. Stick with it and you’ll notice some great things. As far as changes in my body… Physically its hard to tell. I am not doing it to lose weight, because I do not have weight to loose, so my goal is to firm up and build muscle strength. Also get back in really good shape. So far I can tell a HUGE difference in strength and stamina.
I’ll get my wife to post soon… I promise.
The eating is very difficult, but SO important.
That is awesome you are from Seattle!!! Go Hawks!
Latina,
LOL… This is no infomercial scam of a workout. This workout will wup you into shape. No pills or cheap mimic workouts. This is 40-70 minutes a day of hard working out. That is really what people need to get in shape…. Not Pills.
Its fun being honest about the difficulties… No one does everything perfect, but its important to keep at it and do your best.
80% of the Insanity Workout is better then 100% of Nothing.
