OH the Insanity WORKOUT!!!!

I don’t even know what to write, except that this whole workout program is requiring me to make decisions I never have to make like…

  • Should I eat this glorious looking home made chocolate chip cookie? – - – - – (My Insanity Score – Fail, I ate it)
  • Should I skip this Saturdays workout, because no one will know? – - – - – - - (My Insanity Score – Pass, I did the workout)
  • Should I grab Taco Bell or make a whole wheat avocado sandwich? – - – - – (My Insanity Score – Pass/Fail, I ate the avocado sandwich… then I was still hungry so I got a taco.  :) )
  • Should I actually get up early and do the workout this Monday morning? – - – (My Insanity Score – Pass/Fail, I slept in a little, but still did the workout.)

Usually I just eat the cookie, never workout on Saturdays, always eat Taco Bell and since I love sleeping I never get up early unless I have to.

But you know sometimes stretching yourself and making yourself do things you do not normally do feels good.  I know the fitness payoff has been awesome and when I have the muscle build I want it’ll be even better.

So I’ll continue to do all things different in my life, because I know its ultimately worth it.

Even though this morning I did NOT want to workout, I felt great afterward.

So if you feel like quitting… DON’T.  I won’t if you don’t! :)
