Hey everyone, sorry I disappeared for awhile. I actually thought that at least my last post made it live from the fit test last monday but I guess not : (
I have been so loving the comments! You really have no idea how it motivates me to keep going!
Let me just sum up this last week.
two babies with ear aches and respiratory viruses… no sleep for anyone… no getting up early to do the workouts before my husband left for work and only being able to get a jog in last Wednesday and the cardio circuit instead of the recovery on Thursday. Then we decided to leave the sick house and get up to my grandparents cabin on Whidbey island. It was just the medicine we all needed.
I was discouraged that I only got in three workouts last week but I realized that is what having a lifestyle of fitness is all about. There is never a perfect time to have a perfect schedule for working out but you have to just jump in and fit it in whenever you can.
I am feeling more up to the challenge this week.
I still have yet to have the time to do the cardio abs after the pure cardio workout but I will get there!
I have to say that Pure Cardio felt tougher today then last time but I can take that as encouragement because staying consistent with the workout means that the strength makes these workouts easier as I go along.
So I was thinking that I would try to incorporate some nutrition elements into the experience. I thought I could start with at least eliminating the junk. cookies, mochas, soda, french fries….you know the good stuff! I’ll let you know! I did good today we’ll see about the rest of the week.
