Well to start off. Yes my Seahawks got wupped. It wasn’t even close….. bad bad bad.
But who cares about that when I’m getting buff right?!
So today was the 2nd round of the Insanity Fit Test.
I just looked at my numbers compared to 2 weeks ago and …. I did pretty freakin good. I didn’t want to know what my numbers were the very first day so that I would push myself as hard as I could. There is a big difference. I guess the Insanity Workout is working!

NUTRITION: Nutrition has still been about the same. Right in that tier 2 and tier 3 realm. I did slip down into tier 5 and ate a Snickers on Sunday… and OH MAN was that good(and bad). I have rarely eaten sugar in the last 2 weeks and oh MMMmmmm! So other then the unbelievably delicious Snickers, I’m cruising right along.
