The Start of Week Two – Cardio Power and Resistance
I don’t know if it was because of the rest day yesterday, that I am excited to go salmon fishing during my lunch break today or the fact that I did terrible on my nutrition over the weekend, but I was struggling this morning.
I felt like it took everything in me to get through this workout. Saturday’s workout (which is harder then today’s) seemed to be easy compared to today for me.
I think it was just one of those days and we’ll see what tomorrow brings. But today’s Insanity workout was the Cardio Power and Resistance again. I really like this workout because the techniques really are powerful and you can feel it in your muscles.
Nutrition over the weekend was a struggle. The weekends always tend to break a good routine and that is exactly what happened. I had sugary Iced Tea, Pizza, Chips, Top Ramen… (SERIOUSLY…. TOP RAMEN??!!!??!!… What the? …) Anyway I know what next weekend will bring and I’ll be more prepared for that.
I’m going to pin the fact my body didn’t feel ready for today’s Insanity Exercise on my bad eating this weekend. Not the fact I’m excited to go fishing during my lunch break today.
