I have just completed the second fit test on the first day of Week #3 and I am so excited!  I actually saw great improvement!

Even though this is a shorter video it sure gets my body working!  I have been couped up my house the last few days with a sick little munchkin and I am so glad I have this home workout so I can feel like I am releasing a bit of energy.

It truly just feels so great to push myself and see changes.
